Days of Limbo

I’m not super into the holidays.  I’m not quite a Grinch, I’m not opposed to people having fun holidays.  They’re just… somehow not the biggest deal in the world to me.

With that in mind, doesn’t it seem a little odd that the days between Christmas and the first day of the new year seem kind of like null days?  Days that aren’t really days.  I feel like I’m waiting for 2014, and these days don’t really count.

I’m sitting in my chair feeling like I shouldn’t be writing, that I should just be kicking back and slacking off.

I don’t quite understand why, but that’s how it is.
